IdentiSys Inc. is a full-service identification and security solutions provider who specialise in identification technologies such as photo ID card systems, embossing personalisation systems, high-volume card issuance, instant card issuance, access control, school food service point-of-sale equipment, and smart card/biometric applications.

Spinbox Media were selected to develop a custom centralised product management system that would distribute products to connecting sites. IdentiSys was a  very technical development that involved large scale customisation to Sitefnity's ecommerce module.  IdentiSys needed to be able to create products, select which sub-sites have access to them and what attributes and fields could be edited for further customisation.

Spinbox designed the main IdentiSys website as well as four connecting sites which would share similar functionality.  All of the websites take advantage of Sitefinity's built in responsive tool, which alloow each of the content areas to collapse and linearise for mobile devices.

The Orchards Bedford is a new Housing Development being offered by Lea Valley Homes, an existing client of Spinbox Media.

We were asked to provide a micro-site to advertise the new homes and provide a target for QR Codes that were printed on development brochures and marketing materials.

The European Defence Agency (EDA) is one of the youngest European Union Agencies based in Brussels, Belgium and offers support to the Council and the Member States in an effort to improve the European Union’s defence capabilities for the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP).

Spinbox Media were asked to migrate content from an existing Sitefinity 3.7 website and during the process re-skin the front end and re-structure content where appropriate.

Working in conjunction with GOPA Cartermill, a Belgium based communication agency, Spinbox have re-designed content pages providing a newer, more modern look and feel, developed custom modules and extended Sitefinity 5 to suit the EDA’s unique requirements.

The project involved various overseas visits working closely with the EDA IT department to assist with the migration and also offering on-site training to bring the editors up to speed on a newer, slicker version of the Sitefinity UI and back end system.

Part of the parcel of designing the Hong Kong Tourism Board's email marketing material was designing a blog to list the full posts that their marketing efforts would link to.  Integrated into the Wordpress blogging CMS, the website took it's inspiration from their newly launched website and brand which shouts Hong Kong's vibrant and colourful nature.

Spinbox Media were able to adapt the CMS for HKTB's unique requirements, and also included a newsletter subscription form which feeds new subscribers directly into their email marketing software mailing lists.

BST Northampton is a purpose built Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness Center based in Sol Central, Northampton.  It boasts a full gym environment on the ground floor and a large multi-disciplined training area complete with octagon cage and boxing ring on the first floor.

The Gym itself is relatively new and has been represented loosely by an unfinished basic website that harboured little more than contact information and membership details.

The new website needed to be bold and illustrative of the many fighting disciplines and styles on offer.  Information was key as well as promoting other areas that the Gym wanted to make the public aware of such as Junior and Women's classes and training.

The website was built using Sitefinity 5 with custom modules allowing the editors to showcase different training classes and fighting styles.  Built in Social Media options allow BST to involve their followers and Facebook fans whilst video libraries allow BST to showcase footage from their gym directly on their web pages.

Modern design principles and best practice were adhered to (as always) with the website being built to web standards using HTML5, jQuery, and ASP.net.

Ark Workplace Risk is an innovative professional services company providing market leading outsourcing and service solutions in workplace risk, compliance and safety governance to major and international organisations.

Ark approached Spinbox Media with a requirement for a new, more complex website that will grow with their company.

The existing website was brochure-style and was produced 8 years ago.  Its purpose was to simply provide its users with information about the company and an overview of the service categories it offered.

Ark have grown considerably over the years and so has its service offering.  The new website's core purpose was to deliver Workplace Risk Articles, White Papers, News, and Industry Tools and Templates to registered visitors or prospects whilst detailing all services to general users.

The web design is warm and welcoming with a corporate tone and meets the current WCAG Level 2.0 Accessibility Guidelines and HTML5 W3C Web Standards.  The backend is administered entirely using Sitefinity 5.0 which includes custom modules produced by Spinbox Media that assist with content management and permission handling for restricted areas.

The National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) is the UK’s largest roofing association representing over 70% of the roofing industry by value.

An organisation of this scale requires a website that will demonstrate its commitment to providing its members with the latest industry news and events as well as allowing logged in members to submit reports and perform other trade functions.

Not only does the website need to allow trade members to interact and manage their profiles, end-users requiring roofing services need to be able to search for services, materials and contractors directly.

The main objective was to allow NFRC to be able to administrate the entire website and all its members from one location while providing a secure and stable system in which all the information will be stored.  The website itself needs to be slick, well designed and user friendly with great emphasis on search functionality.

The delivered website, whilst providing all the functionality NFRC required, was also developed using a custom built CRM module within the Sitefinity 4.3 CMS.  The main task was implementing the logic required to perform searches against a multitude of criteria and then to display the backend functionality in a way that is native to the default Sitefinity UI.

Additionally, Spinbox were also able to extend Sitefinity by creating a Custom Report Builder Module.  This allows NFRC to create and run reports based on selected filters and values.  If required, the report can then be exported to create a mailing list for use in the built in Email Campaign Module.

Tingdene are a large privately owned business specialising in modular design in the UK.  They also have divisions in the marine industry with their Tingdene Boat Sales website and Tingdene Marinas website, also developed by Spinbox Media, and the Holiday Parks sector with Tingdene Holiday Parks.

Their Tingdene Parks website specialises in Retirement Park Homes for the elderly and allows users to search for and view potential homes in one of their 19 parks around the UK.  Their previous site was primarily static and needed to be updated using non-CMS methods.  The property section, at the time, was developed as a bespoke property module and allowed Tingdene to update via a backend.  All this needed to change.

Tingdene commissioned Spinbox Media to develop a new site that could be entirely managed using the Sitefinity 4.3 CMS.  In order to do this, Spinbox needed to develop another bespoke property module and integrate it directly into the Sitefinity backend.

The web design needed to be modern and welcoming with a primary focus on the search for potential homes.  The finished result is a clean and colourful website that can managed entirely from one administration.

When Spinbox Media acquired the JNTO contract several months ago, we were very excited about the prospect of re-designing their existing website.  The current website served a purpose but lacked in respect of SEO potential and design.

We set out to optimise their site initially increasing their traffic by up to 200%.  We knew however that to gain more traffic we would need to create more keyword rich content and maximise their existing content with better usability and design.

The new web design also needed to be bold and functional.  The main ethos behind the design was focused around the display of information that the user would find useful.

Their new site still uses their existing Sitefinity 3.7 Content Management System.  We went through a process of reskinning their existing template architecture and creating additional pages and content.  We spiced up their front-end with jQuery to enhance both aeshetics and functionality and streamlined their member pages in respect of modular training excercises for Trade users.

The end result is an attractive website that will yield better results in SEO and increased traffic.

Lea Valley Homes, an existing client of Spinbox, thought it was about time for a front-end refresh of their existing website.  Previously, we had developed a full bespoke build providing the HomeBuy Agent, Lea Valley, with a complete online application form for affordable homes and and accompanying processing system.  Not only did we provide Lea Valley Homes with a facelift, we also added some technical enhancements to the backend, improving the functionality and streamlining the administration.

Spinbox and RSL Systems were commissioned on behalf of the Mayor of London to produce a website that allowed its users to search for, and apply to live in, affordable homes in London. The system allows Registered Providers and Housing Developers to log on to a back end system and upload and edit homes that can be searched by those who qualify for low cost home ownership.

Users can register with FIRST STEPS, which is delivered by two of London’s largest housing providers, L&Q and Metropolitan Home Ownership (MHO), and complete an intuitive online application form. Users are able to save their progress throughout the application, but once complete, it is processed by backend staff.

With integrated maps, a detailed search facility, bespoke CMS, and a very clever affordability calculator; this website is the flag ship for all London housing websites.

The back end system was a bespoke application developed in house by RSL Systems who have an intimate knowledge of the property market place. Having completed online projects for many housing providers in the past, we were ideally placed to be able to deliver the project swiftly and competently whilst being presented with a stunning front end website designed by us at Spinbox.

Oak Wealth Planning required a new website to represent their new business in the financial marketplace.  It needed to portray the Directors brand vision whilst being slick and interesting for potential visitors.  The site is static which enabled us to concentrate on semantic, standards compliant XHTML code which is always at the forefront of a Spinbox design.

Spinbox really pushed the boat out with a complex eCommerce website for HP Computing Systems Specialists, Port-P.

It goes without saying that this website was developed using the Sitefinity CMS.  What makes this project different was our development of a custom eCommerce plugin that seamlessly integrated into the Sitefinity backend.  This allowes Port-P to comprehensively manage their entire website as well as their online shop.

It's great to see the website grow since it was launched at the end of January 2011 with more pages being added all the time.  The Port-P website illustrates the capacity of Sitefinity and how it can be expanded to suit any application.

After some really cool development and Sitefinity website management done by Spin Box, we have completely re-written all the bespoke modules for MLF, now including a full charity donaton system and account tracking records system, we are expanding Sitefinity at an amazing rate with every project. After a few months of head scratching, shouting and screaming, a few.. Ooohhhhhs and Ahhhhhhs, Spin Box cracked it. We managed to produce an identity with The Sourcerers lead designer as our partner in crime, and redeveloped the full business brand.

Working with multiple PCT's and The Sourcerers, we have produced the first targetted Chlamydia Screening design to increase screening requests for PCT's across the UK. The first website to go live in May 2010.

A complicated development has seen the re-design and redevelopment of GBS Corporate website, from brand and functionality. The complication lay in the bespoke tailoring of our e-commerce system into a course booking system, utilising PayPal gateway and managing course availability as well as delegate information. But it true fashion, we did it, and its very simple to use also. A great ecommerce site which will be truly expandable.

Key Homes East have the most advanced application form processing system in the UK, with full user control over the detailed application form, as well as supported with an easy to use administration section, providing website CMS, Property Creation and Management functionality, and full Reporting and Application form processing. Designed, managed and analysed by ourselves, this system has seen a conversion of 90% application forms being submitted online rather than paper based!!

Having worked with the Tingdene Group on several websites, well 4 websites built in total over the past 4 years, we were presented with a new challenge to design and brand a new website targeted at the boat sales market. A great project which was a joy to work on allowed us to design and focus on target groups and undertake a full competitor analysis.

With online marketing strategy, we have the bounce rate go from 36% down to 1%!!!... We were pretty shocked too.

The boats listing is provided through a iFrame from Boat Shop 24, but are looking for a more complete solution over 2010 for our own boats management system.

A new design and brand launched Fulbridge Social Care online recruitment website with partial CMS functionality.

A bespoke recruitment module, allows users to upload their Word CV, and it gets converted into the database as text and as PDF by the system, allowing for full text search on CV's. Included is a full news and events module as well as jobs board!
