After a hard slog and battle, late nights of darts and pizza with a lot of coding thrown in between, we have finally finished our amazing Ecommerce extension for Sitefinity!
Utalising the full Sitefinity design interface and Ajax functions, the ecommerce module for Sitefinty will show Spin Box to be one of the leading web design company's in the UK with Sitefinity, as well as show how we can develop bespoke applications in ASP.Net.
The full feature list will be released on the 24th November 2010, with full demo scheduled for release start of December 2010. This is a truely amazing feature, using all the power of Sitefinity as a full web business.
With pretty much every function available in the ecommerce store, we have actually built the Sitefinity extension as an auto install features, so all you have to do is run the program, and let the application install itself. Its as simple as that. Full cusom control templates will allow you to style the shop to match the remainder of your website, and utalise you Themes too.
However for us, the job is not over, we are straight into the conversion for Sitefiniy 4.0, with free upgrades for all users who purchase Ecommerce for Sitefinity 3.7. More information on licensing will be released soon.
