We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager who wants to further their career and knowledge in an expanding, fast-paced, innovative agency.

You should have a minimum of 2/3 years’ experience, be passionate about the web and all aspects of digital, interactive and technical development. You will need strong planning skills, excellent interpersonal communication, client management and experience managing client expectations. You'll also possess superior time management and organisational traits in order to maintain budget and timelines and have the ability to manage a team diverse in personality and skill sets. Presentation skills are essential as the role will be client facing in areas. The ability to be flexible and a forward thinker is a must.

You will manage client communications on a day-to-day basis to identify and accomplish goals, lead and initiate discovery and planning of client engagements including requirements gathering, scoping, budgeting and scheduling, develop key scope documents, lead and identify synergies between creative design and technical implementation and control project budgets, timelines and resource allocations.

The candidate must have proven web and digital marketing project management experience particularly in the production of web applications and websites. This team member must have knowledge of both the creative and development processes related to web and mobile development and knowledge of support technologies.

C# .NET Junior/ Graduate Developer - £18-24k pa

We are on the look out for a new C# .NET Developer. You will be based in an amazing rural and inspiring office with great route access and onsite facilities, designing stunning digital/web creative for an outstanding web & online agency.

We are looking for a junior or graduate .NET developer who really takes pride in their work. You will either be high graduate calibre or with 1-2 years experience,  especially with VS2010 & SQL Server 2008 & of course C# .NET. Good knowledge in standards compliant XHTML/ CSS and equally strong skills in JavaScript would be an added bonus, however you will be working closely with our highly skilled development team, training you in web applications development and CMS development. You will be a good communicator and work well as part of a team and have good attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast moving creative digital agency and gain exposure to some cool projects. 

On a day-to-day basis you will be involved across all aspects of the digital development process from developing our CMS offering, and getting your hands mucky with web app development,undertaking support issues. If you have good knowledge of testing practices would be great, as well as Telerik tools, however not essential. A passion for coding, creating good code and bringing your ideas to the table are essential for this role.
